Terms of Service
General terms governing the CASHORA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED website and, where applicable, its payment technology and SaaS services.
Effective Date: 27 October 2026
Version: 1.0
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website and payment technology services provided by CASHORA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (“Cashora”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these terms where applicable.
Additional terms may apply under a separate customer agreement, service agreement or Order Form. Where such an agreement conflicts with these website terms, the applicable agreement will govern the relevant services to the extent of the conflict.
2. Description of Services
CASHORA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED provides payment technology software and related services designed to help businesses manage payment workflows, provider integrations, multi-currency transactions, transaction tracking, event notifications and related operational processes.
The specific features and functionality available depend on the service configuration, customer agreement, technical implementation and capabilities of connected third-party providers.
3. No Representation as a Regulated Payment Provider
Unless expressly stated in an applicable agreement and supported by the required authorizations, Cashora does not represent itself as a bank, card network, payment institution or other regulated entity responsible for holding or transferring customer funds.
Where our services connect with third-party payment providers, those providers operate according to their own authorizations, terms, technical capabilities and commercial arrangements. Customers are responsible for confirming that their intended payment activities comply with applicable laws and provider requirements.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for using our services lawfully and in accordance with these terms and any applicable customer agreement. This includes maintaining appropriate relationships with payment providers, meeting merchant onboarding and verification requirements, providing accurate information, and ensuring that their products, services and payment activities comply with applicable laws.
Customers are also responsible for their own end-user terms, notices and permissions, the accuracy and legality of data submitted to our services, and the security and proper operation of their applications and systems.
5. Account Credentials and Access Security
Customers must protect their account credentials, API keys, authentication tokens and other access information from unauthorized use. Access should be limited to authorized personnel and systems according to appropriate permissions.
Customers should promptly notify Cashora if they suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise or misuse of their accounts. Server-side secrets and sensitive credentials must not be exposed in public repositories, browser-based code or other publicly accessible locations.
6. Third-Party Services and Payment Providers
Our services may integrate with or rely on third-party payment providers, infrastructure services and other external systems. These third parties operate under their own terms, privacy policies, availability commitments and technical requirements.
Cashora does not control third-party outages, service interruptions, policy changes, transaction decisions or commercial arrangements. Customers may need to establish separate accounts or agreements with relevant providers and are responsible for meeting the applicable requirements.
7. Fees and Commercial Terms
Any fees, subscription charges, implementation costs, service levels, payment schedules and other commercial conditions will be specified in the applicable customer agreement, service agreement or Order Form.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, information on our public website does not constitute a binding offer regarding pricing, availability, service levels or implementation commitments.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Cashora website, platform, software, documentation, branding, design elements and related materials belong to CASHORA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED or its applicable licensors, except where otherwise stated.
Customers retain their rights in their own applications, content, business information and data. Customers grant only those rights necessary for Cashora to provide the agreed services, subject to the terms of the applicable customer agreement.
No intellectual property rights are transferred except as expressly agreed in writing.
9. Suspension and Termination
Cashora may restrict, suspend or terminate access to its website or services where reasonably necessary to address security risks, suspected unlawful activity, misuse, material breach of applicable terms, or risks to the platform, other customers or connected providers.
Where practicable and appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. Suspension and termination rights for contracted services are governed by the applicable customer agreement.
10. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Our website and any information provided through it are made available for general informational purposes. Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that every service feature will be available in every deployment.
Any service warranties, exclusions, indemnities and liability limitations applicable to a customer deployment are governed by the relevant customer agreement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cashora will not be responsible for losses arising from third-party provider interruptions, customer system failures, unauthorized disclosure of customer credentials or use of the services contrary to applicable instructions or agreements.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
The governing law, dispute resolution process and jurisdiction applicable to a customer relationship will be specified in the relevant customer agreement or Order Form.
For website use not covered by a separate agreement, applicable legal requirements will determine the rights and obligations of the parties.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our website, services, business practices or legal requirements. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date where applicable.
Changes to contracted services remain subject to the terms of the applicable customer agreement. Continued use of the website after revised website terms are published may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
